After graduating as Master Engineer in Agronomy of the Enita Bordeaux (BSA) obtained in 1989, I worked two years as a cooperant for french overnment on the island of Grenada to study the terroirs of the cocoa and nutmeg of the Caribbean region. I held a teaching position at the agricultural school of Blanquefort from 1991 to 1998 and developed an activity of consulting. I taught viticulture and oenology to BTS students in initial and continuing education. Wishing to reorient my professional career in teaching and research in viticulture, I was recruited in 1998 by Bordeaux Sciences Agro, where I teach viticulture. From 2009 to 2016, I was deputy director of the ISVV’s Scientific Director in charge of Innovation and Technology Transfer. I took the direction of publication of the scientific journal Oeno One, peer review in Open Access in 2016. I work today in the Joint Research Unit UMR EGFV1287 at the ISVV.
