Bio
I am an associate professor, working in the “Agro-Ecologie” Department.
I teach plant nutrition, from theoritical to practical aspects. I also enjoy sharing classes with other colleagues on water management, farm energy efficiency, organic waste recycling and more generally, working on global agronomy. My research focusses on the interactions between potassium plant nutrition and water use. I have worked on maize, because this plant is quite sensitive to K nutrition and to water stress. I have the main following contacts : ” Institute of Applied Plant Nutrition”, Univ of Göttingen, Germany, ” Center for Nuclear Energy in Agriculture”, University of Sao Paulo. Between research and applied aspects, I like to work within COMIFER, which is the French Committee for sustainable fertilization.
