250 winegrowers, wine advisors, technicians, property managers, teachers and students from the agricultural education system came to discover the latest research work related to the study of the effects of climate and terroir on the production and quality of wines, as well as adaptation strategies to meet the challenges resulting from climate change.
Based on the program of the TerClim congress held in Talence in July 2022, the organizing team selected 10 conferences on the themes of rootstocks, clones, spring frost, aromatic maturity, soil maintenance techniques, observation of water stress, esca and assessment of the risk for businesses related to climate change.
The day was a great success. Thanks to a program that left a lot of room for discussion, Diala Younes from VitInnov and Gilles Brianceau from Innovin led a very rich debate with the audience.
