Description
This specialisation is part of a 3-semester educational track focusing on the production of quality foodstuffs under conditions that respect animals and their environment, while fully taking into account sustainable development goals.
The sensory, nutritional and health qualities of foods in the pre-specialisation phase, followed by technical disciplines and animal welfare and environmental stakes during the specialisation phase allow graduates of the sustainable livestock value chains course to work at all stages of the food chain ‘from fork to farm’.
