After obtaining a PhD in Economics (University of Bordeaux) in 2010 and a degree in Wine-Tasting Expertise (DUAD) in 2015, she conducts her research at the Bordeaux School of Economics (BSE) at the University of Bordeaux and the Institute of Vine and Wine Sciences (ISVV).
Her research topics focusthe on sustainable strategies of companies and study of consumer behavioral, using an experimental approach based on the findings of behavioral economics findings, but also on multidisciplinary approaches, particularly with the enological and ecological sciences, and on a research partnership approach with the industry.
