Procedure

To be able to participate in one of these exchange program, make sure there is a bilateral agreement between your home university and Bordeaux Sciences Agro. You must then follow the following procedure.

Step 1: Nomination

First, you must apply to your university. Then, your university will nominate you to Bordeaux Sciences Agro. 

Step 2: Choose your courses

The courses you will take at Bordeaux Sciences Agro will be specified in your learning agreement and will earn you credits that will then be recognized by your university.

Step 3: Application

Once your home university has sent your nomination, you can proceed with the application.
You must complete the online application before the deadline and attach the following documents:

  • Identity photo
  • Copy of your passport or identity card
  • Language certificate (French or English)
  • Transcript of records (in French or English)
  • CV
  • Motivation letter
  • Learning agreement
The deadlines are:
  • Before 1st June for mobility starting in September
  • Before 1st November for mobility starting in February

Step 4: Letter of acceptance

Once your file has been processed and validated by the administrative and pedagogical teams of Bordeaux Sciences Agro, you will receive a letter of acceptance allowing you to carry out the necessary administrative procedures for your stay (visa, insurance, etc.).
